After nearly seven years in Chaska, we’ve made the difficult decision that Schram Haus Brewery will be closing at the end of the year.

This decision did not come easily but was a necessary one. As many small breweries have experienced, the overall cost of operating a brewery in this location has made it unsustainable for us moving forward. Still, we are incredibly proud of what has been built on this bluff and we're grateful to the community who supported us.

We will remain open through the end of the year, and all scheduled December events are still on, including vendor markets, live music, comedy night, trivia, and bingo. We hope you’ll join us as we celebrate this final month together.

We’ll also share a few fun send offs and specials throughout December as a thank you for seven unforgettable years.

As for what comes next, Schram Haus beer will live on at our Schram Vineyards location in Waconia. We are still working through the details on how that looks, but we look forward to continuing the Schram Haus beer brand there and welcoming you to enjoy it with us.
